The main program is designed for a gym with standard equipment (barbells, dumbbells, cables). A home-gym alternative guide is included for those with a solid home setup.

I haven't trained in years. Is this for me?

Yes. The program is designed to meet you where you are. Week one is built around establishing technique and building a base — not breaking you in two.

What if I have joint issues or old injuries?

The program is joint-conscious by design. Movement substitutions are provided, and the coaching context in the community means you can always ask for guidance on adapting exercises to your situation.
