The programme is designed for a commercial gym. Home alternatives are provided for every exercise for those with a solid home setup — dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench cover the majority of the programme.

I haven't trained seriously in years. Is Legacy right for me?

Yes. The programme is designed to meet you where you are. Week one is built around establishing movement quality and building a foundation — not destroying you. You will be challenged, but never recklessly.
